Hatago Itouya is a small inn with only four rooms.

 

 

The exterior of the inn is an ordinary wooden inn, but as an inn that focuses on cuisine, the dishes prepared by the son using local ingredients are very delicious and popular.

 

Since Hatago Itouya has only four rooms, guests can enjoy very homey service.

 

The rooms are not only Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats, but also rooms with beds on tatami mats, so those who do not like futons can choose this option.

 

There is a washroom and toilet in the room, but no bath.

 

There are two private baths, so families, groups, and individuals can enjoy the hot springs privately.

 

Hatago Itouya is recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious food and homelike service.

Hatago Itouya does not provide a shuttle service from JR Oshida Station.

 

Those who use public transportation should take the bus, and from the bus stop, you will need to walk 10 minutes with your own luggage to the inn, which is located at the far end of the hot spring resort area.

 

 

For those who are going by rental car, parking is very convenient as there is a parking lot right next to the bridge at the entrance of Ginzan Onsen.

The rooms at Hatago Itouya have been beautifully renovated and are very clean.

Amenities include toothbrush, shower cap, razor, hair dryer, hand soap, cotton swab, yukata, hanten, hand towel, bath towel, and basket bag.

The onsen baths are Tonchibo, an indoor bath on the first floor, and Kawarabe, an open-air bath on the second floor, both of which are available for private use.

There are only four rooms, so you can use the private baths rather smoothly.

 

The private baths have a sign that indicates whether the bath is available or not, so if it is available, you can lock it by putting the sign in use and locking the door.

The food when staying at Itoya is served in the dining room on the first floor.

 

Itoya is an inn with a reputation for very good food, and the food is prepared by the son.

 

The cuisine includes rare wild vegetable dishes served during the wild vegetable season, local Obanazawa beef, fresh local fish, Yamagata's famous cold ramen noodles, and other seasonal dishes of local ingredients.

 

The meal includes an aperitif, appetizer, bowl, sashimi, nabe dish, fried dish, meal, and pickles.
